There are just too many things wrong with this. I don't even know where to start.
Maybe with the fact that these people obviously thought that SO many people get "foreign objects" lodged somewhere inside of them that they would need to buy a tool to remove them. I can see the conversation now:
Woman: "FINALLY! I'm SO tired of all these jellybeans up in my nose. If only there was a tool to remove them!"
Saleswoman: "But wait, there IS!"
Puh-lease!
